Shane kept us informed on progress from his first visit till when he and his team came onsite. Shane and his team did a fantastic job with minimum disturbance to us. They are very tidy and polite, what a pleasure to work with the team. We are very happy with the result, thanks guys.

Shane and his team exceeded every single expectation and were incredible from first contact to completion.
Every interaction was pleasant, efficient & professional. Shane kept us really well informed throughout the process and was very patient with our inexperience and our very overprotective dog. The bathroom was finished without issue or delay.
We are so so happy with our new bathroom and incredibly impressed with Shane, Trudi and the team. We cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Shane & his very professional team came highly recommended, and we weren’t disappointed. Wonderful to deal with, he made what can be a stressful process, an enjoyable one. The kitchen, bathroom and ensuite renovation came in on time, and on budget, and we couldn’t be happier with the completed work. Stephen & Suzanne A

Shane and his team have just finished renovating our main bathroom and ensuite. We are very happy with the finished product in both bathrooms. Shane and his team were friendly, helpful and happy to do a little extra when asked. I would use Shane or any of his tradesmen again for any future work that I might require. I would also happily recommend Shane to any of my family or friends who are looking to renovate bathrooms.

I cannot thank Shane and his team enough who truly saved the day when I was left in a bind by an unreliable cowboy builder who left me in a lurch. They came through under challenging circumstances and delivered outstanding results quickly, and got the job done! When I reached out to Shane, they not only understood the urgency of my situation but also approached it with a level of commitment and determination that was truly outstanding. They swiftly assessed the issues at hand and developed a plan to rectify the mess left behind by the previous builder and knew exactly what needed to be done. Their communication from Trudy and Shane along with the workmanship were exceptional. I regret not choosing them from the start, but I won't make that mistake again. I'll definitely be using Shane and his team for all my future projects.

Shane Rolfe Plumbing - Shane & Trudi Rolfe - did a complete renovation of our ensuite last month. This is the second bathroom renovation Shane has done for us and we are more than happy once again. From quoting for the job and giving us a start date, Shane and Trudi kept us informed and they arrived promptly on the day originally organised. They have a great group of different tradespeople working for and with them who are all polite, friendly, tidy and very skilled. The job involved more than completely gutting the ensuite as we took some space from an adjacent wardrobe to enlarge the bathroom. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks immaculate. We highly recommend this business.

We engaged Shane Rolfe for our bathroom and laundry renovation. We did initially get four different quotes from different contractors and the reason why we chose to go with Shane was due to his excellent communication (answering all of our many questions), his knowledge, expertise and the cost. Shane was the only contractor, when providing a quote that actually walked through it all and spent the time going through everything, from the renovation itself to each product - We appreciate all the small details.

We were truly blown away with the whole process, from when the renovation started to the end. The renovations were completed within the agreed timeframe and Shane took time out on his weekends to check-in with us along the way. Shane and the team were also able to do some additional work we wanted done whilst the bathroom/laundry renovations were occurring.

We truly couldn’t be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Shane and his team! If we have any additional work, we will certainly contact Shane again!
